Dr. Mark London

Dr. Mark London is the VP of Naval Air Warfare and acting Chief Operating Officer of TC Defense.  Mark graduated from Penn State University with a MS in Electrical Engineering, and spent over 16 years at the NAWCAD, first as a Flight Test Engineer and then as the Branch Head for the Electro-Optics and Infrared (EOIR) Branch, performing T&E of advanced airborne EOIR and IRCM sensor systems.  He was named a NAVAIR Associate Fellow for his work in developing novel IRCM sensor T&E methodologies and data analysis approaches. He also has extensive knowledge and experience with graph theory mathematics and system implementation of graph representations including peer-reviewed articles and doctoral research in this field. In particular, Mark’s doctoral research has explored applications of graph theory mathematics with system representations in support of system readiness level analyses and system reliability modeling.  At TC Defense, Mark is responsible for the company’s support of NAVAIR programs and provides his extensive technical and management experience to development of new test methods and tools. He is seeking to expand the technical scope of TC Defense into more formal research and development areas including the acquisition and support of Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) efforts.
