Elizabeth Stroud

Elizabeth Stroud is the FSO and Contracts Administrator for T.C. Defense, and is a LCDR in the US Navy Reserve. Elizabeth graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in 2007 with a B.S. in Marine Transportation: Logistics and Intermodal Transportation.  In the Navy, Elizabeth serves as a Strategic Sealift Officer and Tactical Advisor, training commercial ship crews to operate safely in contested waters.  She also spent 2 years at the US Army’s Surface Deployment and Distribution Command supporting marine cargo operations.  In 2016 Elizabeth graduated from the  Naval War College with an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies.  For the past 6 years, Elizabeth has leveraged her military and civilian experience and education for the T.C. Defense team, as we support our customers and the warfighter.  Elizabeth ensures the operational security at TC Defense, maintains strict compliance with commercial and government security policies and procedures, and manages all the T.C. Defense contracts.
